2026 Bulk Beef Deposit

Here is your chance to buy in bulk! Order 1/4, 1/2 or a whole beef. 

1. Select the size of beef and a butcher date. Pay for your deposit.
   
2. Congrats you own a share of a beef!
3. We will contact you after we deliver the beef animal to the butcher shop.
4. We provide you with a cut sheet (Google Sheet) for reference via text or email. You will call in your cutting instructions to the butcher shop.  Please call butcher shop within 7 days of butcher date.
5. The butcher shop will contact you when your beef is ready for pick up, usually 2-3 weeks after butcher date. You will pick up your beef at the butcher shop.
   
6. Price is $6.65/lb based on butcher shops hanging weight. This includes: kill fee, cut, and wrap (vacuum sealed). Extra's like (burger patties, balogna) are at your expense, listed on cut sheet.
7. We will invoice you for your order, minus your deposit. Payment to must be paid in full, net 15 days. Checks payable to: Alexander Young
